Source Visualisation is a 3D visualisation studio based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We have a number of years’ experience in many areas of design visualisation, particularly architectural. The University of Huddersfield Learning and Leisure Centre is a £22M project designed by Watson Batty Architects. We worked very closely with Watson Batty during the design process, creating and continually updating a 3D model of the development to help them fully understand the impact of the proposed building on the complex site and on the existing university buildings. We subsequently created these images and video which proved instrumental in the project gaining planning permission.

Obtaining planning permission can be a difficult process, particularly in a conservation area like Farnley Tyas, near Huddersfield. Planning departments increasingly request 3D images and videos to fully understand a proposed development. Here we supported local developer John Radcliffe Developments as they successfully gained permission to build traditional barn-style homes in keeping with the local building style in Farnley Tyas.

This beach front development in Barbados is a reconfiguration of an existing hotel complex into a brand new 'eco-chic' resort in a premium location with stunning sea views. Our images helped our client visualise the potential of the site and will be instrumental in the marketing of the new resort.

We are delighted to have been able to produce these images for Future Rooms. The images are used on their website and with client meetings to give a feel for the different garden rooms that could be created. We also created one image for Future Rooms who supplied a garden room to a family featured in the BBC One series 'DIY SOS: The Big Build'. The episode in which a family home in Huntingdon was transformed aired in January 2013.

Leeds Bradford International Airport is currently in the process of being extended and refurbished. We created this image which was used in a press release and featured on BBC's Look North.

We created these images for Watson Batty Architects who are working with Sheffield Hallam University to re-develop their sports facilities on this site. The project will include improvements to the playing fields to create several international standard floodlit rugby and football pitches, versatile synthetic pitches and a brand new sports pavilion. Our images were used as part of the design process and for publicity of the redevelopment.

While refurbishment works were ongoing in their library, York St John University required some internal perspectives in order to impress a number of international guests. We turned these images round in just a few days from receipt of information in order to meet the client's very tight deadline.

Working for Candelisa Resorts Ltd, we created these two images to aid with the marketing of their Ixora apartments in Jamestown, Barbados. Candelisa is a UK and international property developer focussed on "creating the perfect space in the perfect place". They have always been keen to market their developments off-plan, so our images have been invaluable to that end. We enjoy an on-going relationship with Candelisa. 

Local property developer HCO Developments Ltd was keen to have 3D perspective images and a brochure to help in the sale of their four high-specification new homes in Heckmondwike. We supplied the images and also helped build the brochure to enable HCO to market the properties months before they were completed.

Pennine Housing 2000 are currently building homes for rent and sale in Elland and required a single image to publicise the development. The image will also be used to help in the marketing of the properties which are for sale.

We were called upon at the last minute by Watson Batty Architects whose client was asking for better images than they could produce in-house for their Cleethorpes Academy bid. We were supplied a SketchUp model of the proposed building and we turned around these images in just 24 hours.
